Steve is Co-founder of Biglight, a customer experience agency that helps brands create and optimise their digital channels to increase customer value and drive conversion. Biglight’s customers include ASDA, Goldsmiths, Furniture Village, Nike and Timberland. Steve took responsibility for ecommerce at Dixons Group in 2001 and went on to establish Biglight, where he oversaw the creation of Burberry’s first transactional site in 2006. Since then Biglight has become a leading provider of UX/Creative/Content and Optimisation services to fashion and lifestyle brands.
